What Happens in My Guts? Welcome to the What Happens in My Guts? workshop series. These workshops are designed to help you better understand, accept, and navigate your inner emotional world, using art as a tool for expression. Each session can be attended independently. One workshop offers an introduction to emotions, while the others focus on specific feelings or emotional experiences. This session focuses on anxiety . Ever felt like your gut knows something before your brain does? That fluttering, twisting, aching sensation that says something’s up —even when you can’t quite explain what or why? That might be anxiety. And it often speaks through the body before it makes sense in the mind. In this hands-on, experiential, workshop, we’ll tune into those gut feelings and learn to meet anxiety with curiosity and respect . Using visual metaphors, colors, and creative materials , we’ll explore: How anxiety shows up in the body What it might be trying to tell us And how to express it —safely, creatively, and without pressure Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just curious about your emotional world, this is a space to reconnect, release, and find more ease in body and mind. ✨ Facilitated by visual artist Tasha Arlova and psychologist & therapist Giulio Ammannato , this workshop blends art and psychology to help you feel your feelings—without being swallowed by them . 🎨 No art skills needed. No need to share. Just come as you are. Leave with insight, simple tools—and maybe even a little peace in your guts.
