What Happens in My Guts? Welcome to the What Happens in My Guts? workshop series. These workshops are designed to help you better understand, accept, and navigate your inner emotional world, using art as a tool for expression. Each session can be attended independently. One workshop offers an introduction to emotions, while the others focus on specific feelings or emotional experiences. This session focuses on happiness. Ever felt a warmth in your chest, a lightness in your belly, or an unexpected grin you didn’t ask for but welcomed anyway? That might be happiness. And like all emotions, it doesn’t always show up when we expect it, or feel the way we think it “should.” In this hands-on, experiential workshop, we’ll explore the many textures of happiness, from the bright and bubbly to the soft and steady. Using colors, shapes, and creative materials, we’ll tune into: How happiness shows up in the body What moments or memories might awaken it What makes you happy Whether you’re curious about what brings you light or simply want to reconnect with your emotions, this is a space to notice, nurture, celebrate and (re)discover what makes you feel happy. ✨ Facilitated by visual artist Tasha Arlova and psychologist & therapist Giulio Ammannato , this workshop blends art and psychology to help you feel your emotions, without being swallowed by them . 🎨 No art skills needed. No need to share. Just come as you are. Leave with insight, simple tools and hopefully a satisfied smile on your face.
