About
What Happens in My Guts? Welcome to the What Happens in My Guts? workshop series. These workshops are designed to help you better understand, accept, and navigate your inner emotional world, using art as a tool for expression. Each session can be attended independently. One workshop offers an introduction to emotions, while the others focus on specific feelings or emotional experiences. This session is an introduction to emotions . In our lives, we often encounter sensations within ourselves that are difficult to define—feelings that oscillate between hunger, discomfort, anxiety, or even joy. These inner experiences, often called "gut feelings," are fascinating but hard to grasp, making it sometimes tough for us to fully understand our own emotional states. Join us for a workshop in Volkshotel where we'll explore and express those feelings using metaphors, colors, and artistic materials. The workshop will be facilitated by visual artist Tasha Arlova and psychologist and therapist Giulio Ammannato. Participants will gain simple, yet valuable tools to better identify, accept, and express their emotions through creative techniques. Whether diving deep or simply observing, attendees will deepen their connection with their inner world. This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to explore their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. No prior art experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
